●Wrong size: Please post the picture of our size-measurement page of the correct size to our email address: cosonsencos@gmail.com
●Defective items: Please post the photo of the item to our email address: cosonsencos@gmail.com
However, we do not provide return service under following situations:
●The item is defaced because of improper wearing other than trying on.
●The customer has provided incorrect measurements while placing an order.
Defective items confirmation: (Please contact us within 3 days after the arrival of your order)
Take a photo of the wrong items as well as the product label
Send the photo together with your information including your name, size, and order number to our email box.
Our staffs would check your email as soon as possible after receiving your request.
