Since all of our costumes will start to be prepared after we receive orders, we need about 10~15 to make costumes once the payment is cleared. During peak time, the manufacture period may be prolonged to around 15~20 working days due to the heavy workload. PLEASE forgive us for any inconvenience we may have caused to you.
Costumes would be delivered through DHL, tracking possible and time saving. It may normally take 3~5 days for the delivery. However, international postal would be delayed with regard to weather conditions, custom duties, etc.. PLEASE accept our apologies for the inconvenience if there exists any delay. We will also provide economic shipping methods in the future.
